The short version
- This website, ideaxxiom.com, doesn’t set any cookies.
- That’s why there’s no cookie banner: there’s nothing to agree to.
- The platform, where people sign in at their company’s address, uses only the cookies it needs to keep you signed in.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for a site to work, such as the one that keeps you signed in. Others track what you do, for analytics or advertising. Similar technologies, such as browser storage and tracking pixels, are covered by this policy too.
This website
The pages at ideaxxiom.com don’t set cookies or use any similar technology to recognise you. We don’t use analytics, advertising or social media trackers, and our font is served from our own website rather than from a third party. The contact form sends what you type to us and stores nothing in your browser.
If we ever want to add cookies that aren’t strictly necessary, we’ll update this policy first and, where the law requires it, ask for your permission before setting them.
The IdeaXxiom platform
When you sign in to IdeaXxiom at your company’s address, such as yourcompany.ideaxxiom.com, the platform sets cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work:
- Sign-in cookies keep you signed in securely as you move between pages, and expire when you sign out or after a period of time.
- Preference cookies remember choices you make, such as light or dark mode.
These aren’t used for tracking or advertising. Because the platform can’t work without them, the law doesn’t require us to ask for permission, but you can still remove them at any time in your browser settings. Doing so will sign you out.
Managing cookies
Every major browser lets you see, block and delete cookies, usually under its privacy or security settings. Blocking all cookies will stop you from signing in to the platform, but won’t affect this website.
